(Kerry Here) Grandma and my Dad were a great help this weekend. It was nice to have help with the girls. It was also nice to spend some time with grandma as she is heading back to Florida and we won’t see her until next year. It would have been even nicer to have two more sets of hands - then Jenell and I both could have gotten a break from the girls ! Oh well we were happy to have any help we could get and we will take it where we can !

And dad helped me get my “stickpickingup” lawnmower running and I made a nice fire for Grandma to enjoy. I think the initial blast shocked Grandma a bit !

It’s funny when grandma drinks a few (or witnesses an upclose explosion) she squints her left eye and looks just like Katie !

Jenell survived last week without me (I went back to work last Monday). She has done an amazing job caring for triplets and a 2 year old while managing the house. I could not do it. Thanks to Robin for helping out too- we don’t know what we would do without you.

I don’t think people realize how much work it is. She gets maybe 4 hours of sleep at night and its not really sleep. Usually have to get up a few times to replace Katie’s nookie and are awaken with every whimper- then the whimper stops uhh ohh are theu OK ! And inevitably the second you finaly doze off — “WHAAAAAA”. 24-7 completely exhausted. The girls have been particualry tricky latley. Alyssa keeps spitting up and Katie never sleeps.

Friday Jenell went to the grocery store to get food for the girls baptism party. SHE TOOK LILLY AND THE TRIPLETS ALL BY HERSELF ! She took two carts and got all the shopping done despite being stopped 86 times to hear “you must have your hands full”. I don’t know how she did it OR why she didn’t wait for my help ! You couldn’t pay me to try that alone. It’s funny because at the same time she was taking the girls shopping by herself I was chatting with friends at work about how it’s impossible to shop with triplets- without 2 adults. What do I know !

She sent out invites for the baptism, cleaned the entire house, arranged for dresses for the triplets, took the triplets shopping by herself, prepared nearly all of the food for after the baptism ALL on less than 4 hours sleep ALL while caring for 3 month old triplets.

Some people were giving her a hard time at the baptism- if they only knew! She is working harder than anyone could imagine. And everything turned out great. The girls sat through church with hardly a few peeps. Thanks for all of the nice gifts.

Hi there everyone, I haven’t been on here for a while, so busy, its unbelievable. Anyways, I am so happy to have all of my little blessings no matter how hard life has become! I just wanted to write really quick while I have a few seconds to myself…The girls are doing great! They all are gaining weigh.

Katie who has always been the lightest was the heaviest last week, now Emma is the heaviest. Alyssa looks the biggest, but believe it or not she is the smallest now. We had to switch her to a different formula because she was not doing well with the carnation.  She is eating less, but feels a lot better now.

Today the Nurse came (I love her, she is the best). She comes once a week and weighs them. Alyssa is now 9#9oz, Katie is 9#15oz and Emma is 9#11oz and Lilly is a whopping 38#…So my girls are getting bigger and cuter each passing day! They are also smiling sooo much, its so cute, especially Alyssa, if you smile at her, she gives you the biggest smile ever. They are such happy babies. Well, that is all I have time for…Got to go back to work. I hope to write again soon.

She has been sending me things for all of our girls ever since. This week I received in the mail a huge  container full of baby girl things, among which was hand made blankets and hats, 3 beautiful snowsuits, beautiful clothes, lots of toys, diaper bag with three cans of formula, one beautiful Christmas dress, the exact one I was going to buy for the girls.  So much stuff and this is not the first time she had sent us things either. She will not accept any money for shipping either. You are so great! Thank you so much. Some day we will have to meet in person! Thank you so much! We appreciate it so much!
